დერმატოსკოპია, როგორც კანისა და მისი დანამატების კვლევის არაინვაზიური მეთოდი, ძალზედ ინფორმატიული და პოპულარულია. დერმატოსკოპია განიხილება, როგორც კანის დიაგნოსტიკის დამატებითი, სარწმუნო მეთოდი, რომელიც ფართოდ გამოიყენება ყოველდღიურ დერმატოლოგიურ პრაქტიკაში. გარდა წარმონაქმნების დიაგნოსტიკისა, იგი გამოიყენება კანის ანთებითი და აუტოიმუნური დაავადებების დიაგნოსტირებისათვის, მათ შორის შემაერთებელქსოვილოვანი დაავადებების შემთხვევაში. სხვადასხვა დერმატოსკოპიული ნიშნებისა და მახასიათებლების ანალიზი გვეხმარება დაავადებათა დიფერენციალურ დიაგნოსტიკაში და კვლევის შემდგომი გეგმის შემუშავებაში. ჩვენს მიერ წარმოდგენილი ლიტერატურული მიმოხილვა მოიცავს შემაერთებელქსოვილოვანი დაავადებების ძირითად დერმატოსკოპიულ ნიშნებს და მიზნად ისახავს ამ ნიშნებისა და მახასიათებლების სისტემატიზაციას და მათი იდენტიფიკაციის გაადვილებას ყოველდღიურ დერმატოლოგიურ პრაქტიკაში.
