Abstract

The negative impact of ecological and various environmental "risk factors" has a close connection with our everyday life. The goal of our work is to deepen knowledge for early recognition of the negative effects of environmental and various "risk factors" for rapid diagnosis and timely detection of preventive assistance.

Materials and methods: We studied the literature on the possible adverse effects of the environment, the relationship between various microelements and mutagenic effects, and confirmed their relationship during the action on the body, which is consistent with the literature review. Statistical processing was carried out according to modern computer programs. We used the patient's hair strand, blood, urine, general condition, anamnesis, frequency of morbidity, hematological, immunological, cytogenetic indicators and others as indicators of impact.

Results: Thus, heavy metals, improperly selected sanitary-epidemiological care products, exposure to a polluted environment led to the accumulation of heavy metals in the body. The main characteristic of environmental mutagens is the maximum allowable concentration. It was found that the more time a person spends or is in contact with the influence of one or more mutagens, the more the indicators of microelements that interact with the body through their correlations with each other and environmental conditions are disturbed.

Conclusion: Thus, ecological and various environmental "risk factors" have a negative impact or provoke various diseases, including genetic disorders.
