Abstract

Post-COVID-19 syndrome is one of main challenges worldwide. The physical activity levels are well-known modulators of the clinical manifestations and prognosis in many chronic diseases. It is known, that the physical activity promotes good health status and better quality of life. In this sense, recent studies showed the importance of nutritional strategies for the rehabilitation of COVID-19 patients. In particular, a three-step nutritional protocol was developed for patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection.

According to the data of the World Health Organization, after the transmission of Covid-19 (the so-called recovery), patients may remain with such neurological symptoms as: easy fatigue, general weakness, decreased concentration, decreased mental performance, decreased memory, loss of taste, smell, hearing loss or change, chest pain. Based on all of the above, the later consequences of the Covid-19 infection require a deep study.
