Crocker -Adamson lichen spinulosis is a rare pathology that manifests itself in the development of small follicular papules with the centrally located horny spines. In the majority of the patients the disease is genetically predetermined. The present paper was designed to describe etiology and pathogenesis in conjunction with the pathomorphological criteria for diagnostics and principles of treatment. A case of Crocker -Adamson lichen spinulosis in a patient presenting with lichen ruber planus is presenting.
