Abstract
The article discusses the personnel management system, which should be planned in such a way as to constantly strive to increase the workforce in the enterprise through people with good knowledge, and to ensure an increase in the number of such workers. To mitigate the existing problems in energy companies, the article uses the Adizes code (PAIE) and, in our opinion, labor resources in energy companies are stopped.
