Georgian Geographical journal is a peer-reviewed English-language academic annual journal. It publishes papers in any area of Physical and Human Geography, Cartography and GIS-technologies.

Paper’s types: research paper, review, obituary.

Publication is free of charge.

Papers should be original, not published yet. Papers should be design according to rules of the journal. Please use the guidelines shown below.

The paper should be written in English, not less than5 and not exceeding 20 pages. It should be composed of Title, Author(s), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Main text, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (not mandatory), and References.

Abstract: 200-400 words in one paragraph, no figures, no photos, no tables, no formulas, no subsections, no references  (TNR, 10 pt, Justified)

The abstract should briefly introduce the manuscript.

Keywords: 4-6 words or phrases, separated by commas and not to exceed 2 lines.

Paper size: B5

Text Format: TNR; 11 pt; Spacing: Single; Justified

Introduction

Should provide main context of the paper.

Main text

Should include the main ideas and results.

Conclusion

Should generalize the importance of the paper or recommend further research.

Acknowledgements (not mandatory)

Should include the names of the organizations (including funding sources) or people who in some way contributed to the work.

References

The list should contain references and should be arranged in the alphabetic order. 

Notes:

All tables should be editable (avoid image files), according to the template shown below. The title should be written above the table.

All figures should be according to the template shown below. The title should be written below the figure, outside of it and should be editable (avoid image files).

All formula should be according to the template shown below, the numbers should be put in brackets after each formula, no image format. Formula must be typed in Math Type equation editor. 

Pictures and Photos should be in tiff or jpg file with high resolution (no less than 300 dpi).
