ანოტაცია
ალერგიული რინიტი ფართოდ გავრცელებული ქრონიკული ალერგიული დაავადებაა, რომლის გავრცელება პლანეტის მოსახლეობის 35-40%-ში ფიქსირდება, ხასიათდება სიხშირის მატების ტენდენციით, განასკუთრებით ბავშვთა პოპულაციაში (1,2,3). არსებული მტკიცებულებების მიხედვით, ალერგიული რინიტი არ შემოიფარგლება მხოლოდ სიმპტომებით, საშუალო და მძიმე მიმდინარეობის დროს დაავადება აუარესებს ცხოვრების ხარისხს (4,5). გამოხატული სიმპტომები განაპირობებს: ძილის დარღვევას, დაღლილობას, გაღიზიანებას, ფრუსტრაციას, მოტივაციის ან ქცევის ცვლილებებს, ყურადღების კონცენტრაციის დაქვეითებას (4,5). თავის მხრივ ძილის დარღვევა სარწმუნო გავლენას ახდენს ფსიქიკურ ჯანმრთელობაზე, ზრდის დეპრესიის, შფოთვისა და ფსიქიკური დაავადებების რისკს (6,7).
