This study examines the ,,Magic Polygon of Economy“ model, a scientific-practical framework that integrates multi-indicator analysis across macroeconomic stability, social structures, innovation, institutional quality, and environmental policy. It analyzes global transformation trends from 2016 to 2025, drawing on examples from EU-27 and OECD countries and assesses Georgia’s specific challenges, opportunities and policy recommendations within a sustainable development context.
The study highlights key global trends, including post-pandemic economic recovery, geopolitical risks, green transformation, and digital economy developments, and evaluates their impact on Georgia’s socio-economic environment. The model provides a comprehensive overview of Georgia’s position in the global context, identifying strengths and weaknesses and informing strategic policy priorities.
Findings underscore the importance of implementing systemic structural reforms and advancing key areas grounded in sustainable development principles. Effective execution of these measures would support the harmonization of national economic objectives, enhance long-term stability and strengthen international competitiveness.
