Abstract

The degree of organization of the system is determined by the amount of entropy content
in the system. Management in society means the ability to influence, which forces or incites
people towards order, organization, behavior, performance of required actions, compliance with
laws. Under information management is meant a mechanism when the management influence has
a non-clear, non-clear, indirect informational character and the object of management is given a defined informational image, upon which it independently chooses the line of its behavior or orientation. At the entropy calculation point of any living and non-living system, it is possible to obtain The state of the most ordered system, when the entropy of the system becomes equal to
zero. The main types of entropy are structural and informational entropy. Structural entropy serves or is considered as a measure of the disorder of the system’s construction. Informational entropy is a measure of the indeterminacy of information. Information is equivalent to negative entropy or anti-entropy.
