Abstract

The article discusses exemption from criminal liability in case of necessary repulsion. Attention is focused on the place and content of this institution in the legislation of foreign countries. The conditions that must be met by the necessary repulsion in order for it to be considered as a circumstance excluding liability are discussed. A comparative analysis has also been made with the legislation of Georgia, and the common signs that are a prerequisite for being released from criminal responsibility in the case of repulsion have been highlighted.
