ბაქტერიული ვაგინოზის მკურნალობის ოპტიმიზაციის შესახებ
ანოტაცია
გაკეთდა ბაქტერიული ვაგინოზის 3 თერაპიული სქემის შედარებითი ანალიზი. I ჯგუფის 44 პაციენტმა 7 დღის განმავლობაში მიიღო ერთდროულად ანტიბიოტიკი და პრობიოტიკი, II ჯგუფი (42 პაციენტი) 7 დღის განმავლობაში იღებდა ანტიბიოტიკს და შემდეგი 7 დღე პრობიოტიკს. III ჯგუფის 40 პაციენტი 7 დღის განმავლობაში იყენებდა მხოლოდ ანტიბიოტიკს. ორივე კომბინაციური სქემა ხასიათდებოდა იდენტური შედეგებით. ანტიბიოტიკით მონოთერაპიამ აჩვენა ნაკლები ეფექტურობა და უფრო ხშირი რეციდივები.
