The article discusses the assessment of defects and damages of reinforced concrete structures by the nature of the formation and opening of stress cracks. The reasons for the appearance of cracks before operation, during operation, cracks caused by force, the nature of the propagation and opening of visible cracks are determined: in prestressed coils, compressed elements, roof trusses, tiles and prefabricated roof panels.
