ALKALOIDS OF GEORGIAN ENDEMIC PLANT OF BUXUS COLCHICA POJARK. AND THE ANATOMY OF VEGETATIVE BODIES OF OVERGROUND PARTS

Abstract

During phytochemical investigations Buxus с olchica Pojark . 8 individual compounds were isolated and structurally indetified, two alkaloids appeared to be new and the next structures were offered: 3 b -dimetylamin-20 a -methylamin-4 b ,4 a ,14 a -trimethyl-9 b ,19 a - cycloprotobuxin-C and (-)N-3-O-16-hydroxi-3 a ,20 a -monomethylamino-4-methylen,14 a -methyl-9 b 19-cyclopseudobuxin-D. Jointly with the Department of Pharmacobotany for the first time is descrided the anatomy of vegetative bodies of Buxus overground parts, which is necessary for identification of raw material and obligatory for reference documentation.
