Abstract

Our research is aimed on studying the microbial properties of spontaneous abortion. Morphological diagnosis: 15 (50%) patients had cervicocytes and 2 (6.7%) of endometrial polyps. The study of microbial analysis has been studied in 30 patients aged 24 to 36 which had arbitrary abortions. According to our data level of the highest miscarriage was infection of chlamydia(23%), mycoplasmosis (20%) and ureaplasma (20%), therefore it shows the role in etiopathogenesis of miscarriage. For prevention of spontaneous abortion is recommended screening and treatment of sexual infections.
