This paper presents the potential for the use of natural minerals, such as clay shales, bentonite clays, and zeolites, common in Georgia in modern construction. This paper provides their chemical and structural composition. Their use significantly reduces prime cost of concrete and plays an important role in the sustainable use of country's natural resources.
