Abstract

The article discusses the main methods and ways of extending the service life of buildings, in particular, maintaining its sustainability, functionality, safety and values. It is discussed, with modern methods, how to carry out a structural inspection of the structural elements of buildings, foundations, walls, ceiling and roofing elements in order to detect possible deformations or damages in time.
