Aspects of designing shelters in Georgia

In the article is considered the importance of protecting the population in possible emergency situations and during hostilities in Georgia using collective defense means. Necessary recommendations for the reconstruction of the existing shelters in Georgia and the construction of new ones based on the analysis of the current war in Ukraine and the study of the weapons used by Russia against the civilian infrastructure.
