Abstract

In this work, based on the algebraic topology analysis method, for the prediction of damage dynamics of construction structures and berths as well as for optimal planning of rehabilitation works methodology is created. The methodology developed by us also allows to determine the permissible accuracy of the measurements of parameters of the rehabilitation facilities, so as not to make an incorrect assessment of the condition of the structures, accordingly, the wrong planning of the rehabilitation works. This methodology allows us to create die practical, interactive software package. The obtained results are illustrated based on.
